Northern
South of the border as far as Cheshire, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Humberside, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland.
Midland
All of Wales, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, West Midlands, Hereford & Worcester, Warwickshire, Northhamptonshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire.
Eastern
Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Bedfordshire.
