|
David Jones's excellent book covers Ransome's assignment to China in 1927 as foreign correspondent for the Manchester Guardian. Ransome was sent out there to report on the Chinese Civil War but the trip was also to provide him with inspiration for a new setting and characters which he used to great effect in Missee Lee. | £20.00 |
